How can I obtain my test results?
Patient test results are sent to the ordering provider. Please contact your provider’s office to receive your test results. If you would like a copy of your result reports,please contact Eccolab Group laboratory customer service at (800) 616-1770. (convenience service charge may apply)
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) gives patients the right to request a copy of test results. To obtain these results, you may write or call our Customer Service team at (800)616-1770. (convenience service charge may apply)
