Our phlebotomy services are patient-centered and focused on providing convenient and accessible laboratory service.
(a) Eccolab agrees to start servicing your facilities upon execution of a Laboratory Service Agreement.
(b) Eccolab will service the Client Facilities 6 days a week, 24 hours a day, whenever it may be deemed necessary.
(c) STAT services are available upon request. All STAT results will be reported as early as four (4) hours’ turnaround time from the time of collection. (STAT charges may apply.)
(d) Eccolab shall provide representatives on-site for in-services and training as needed.
(e) Eccolab will provide access to our secure, encrypted and CFR 21, part 11, compliant result and ordering web portal.
(f) Laboratory agrees to provide all necessary supplies to perform the collection of and transport of specimens for the testing services ordered (charges may apply).

Eccolab delivers infection-control reports that enable clinicians to ascertain epidemiologic trends, antimicrobial stewardship, clinical pathologic correlation, as well as any other forms of quality assurance and pathogen-risk mitigation.
Detailed monthly utilization reports can be provided for each facility upon request.
Eccolab will make available a representative to attend meetings and address laboratory service concerns.

All specimens submitted by the Client Facilities to Eccolab are bar-coded and tracked to ensure specimen stability and timely result reporting. All phases of laboratory quality, including pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic phases are maintained in accordance with COLA quality standards of excellence and good clinical laboratory practices (GCLP).
